Our employees have the opportunity to shape our guest experience by providing exceptional knowledge and service in support of our world-renowned organization.The Server Assistant services restaurant areas by promptly delivering food items, clearing and resetting tables, and assisting wait staff.What You Will DoPromptly clear, clean and set-up tables, chairs, linens, china, glass, and silverware for service in a discreet manner.Anticipate guest needs, ascertain satisfaction, and respond urgently and appropriately to guest concerns and requests.Assist in stocking linens, china, glass, silver, and food items for service; assist in preparation of smaller items such as toast, soup, or beverages.Breakdown, clean and set-up side stations and back of house areas.What You BringAt least 6 months of food service experience, preferably in a luxury hotel or resort.Excellent personal presentation and interpersonal skills.Strong time management skills: ability to multi-task, set priorities, and adjust to changing conditions.
