Strategic Store Operations & Visual Leader
Alo
Alo is seeking an Operations & Visual Leader to join the store leadership team. You will drive operational and visual strategy, oversee inventory accuracy, labor planning and scheduling, and maintain high visual standards to keep the store customer-ready. You will lead a team, communicate with the General Manager, monitor budget and metrics, and ensure Alo's mission is reflected in daily operations.
