Evolve Healthcare is seeking a travel nurse RN PCU/Tele for a travel contract in a long-term acute care hospital in Indianapolis, IN. Estimated Hourly Pay: $51.11- $51.58 (based on experience and shift) Estimated Weekly Gross Pay: $1840.00 - $2476.00 Specialty: PCU/Tele Discipline: RN Start Date: ASAP Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 36hrs/wk or 48hrs/wk, Days or Night shift available, 12 hr shifts, 7a 7p or 7p- 7a, plus every other weekend Compensation: $ 1840.00 - $2476.00/week (travelers weekly estimated gross with per diem/stipends and 36 or 48 hour shift) Employment Type: Travel Contract Location: Indianapolis, IN. 46222

The PCU/Telemetry Registered Nurse holds shift accountability for providing care to patients by utilizing the Nursing Process in accordance with the state Nurse Practice Act and Hospital policy and procedures. The Registered Nurse demonstrates critical thinking skills, scientific judgment and leadership in the anticipation and planning for safe delivery of care; maintains clinical competencies through continuing education; delegates patient care priorities commensurate with the education and experience of the staff available; provides direction and supervision of assigned personnel delivering patient care.

Requirements Facility Requirement: Traveler must have permanent address outside 50-mile radius of Indianapolis, IN. 46222 (address must be included in traveler's profile). Experience: Must have experience working in PCU/Tele units. Must have vent and trach experience. Floating experience preferred. Traveler must have completed 1 year of acute care experience within last 3 years. Traveler must have completed at least one 13-week contract. Licensure and Certification: Traveler must have IN nursing license or compact license from their permanent address state. BLS must be certified through American Heart Association ONLY ACLS must be certified through American Heart Association ONLY Education Graduated from accredited school of nursing; BSN preferred. Reference Needs 2 references from recent work environment/assignments (supervisor or manager only). Telemetry Traveler must have basic Arrhythmia experience. Traveler must have LTACH, vent/trach experience. Floating Travelers may be required to float to other units within scope of practice as needed.
