Job DescriptionRelocation assistance availableAbout this roleAs a Global Marketing Manager, you will lead a high-impact portfolio central to the future growth of the Endourology Platform within the Urological and Critical Care division. This role is responsible for both disposable products and capital equipment management, driving multiple imminent product launches and managing an existing premiere portfolio.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute bold commercial strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets, including launching new products, revitalizing existing solutions, optimizing pricing, and expanding promotional channels.Collaborate closely with sales and other functional leaders to capitalize on commercial opportunities.Enhance customer experience through improved demand/supply planning, responsive support, and proactive issue resolution.Lead the development of multi-channel marketing campaigns, crafting compelling value propositions grounded in customer insights and clinical evidence.Translate market and customer insights into actionable strategies that address unmet market needs and accelerate portfolio growth.Build and manage relationships with key opinion leaders and strategic vendors, overseeing scope, timelines, and deliverables.Adhere to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensures that they are communicated and implemented within the team.About YouTo succeed in this role, you must be a strategic leader with a growth mindset, capable of navigating complexity and inspiring cross-functional teams.Required Experience and EducationBachelor’s degreeAt least 3 years of progressive marketing or commercial experience in the life sciencesLeadership presence with the ability to influence, negotiate, and align stakeholders through clear communication and organizational awarenessStrong interpersonal and influencing skills; able to build trust across diverse teams and stakeholdersStrategic thinker with a track record of translating vision into actionable marketing plans that deliver resultsProven success in leading global product launches and cross-functional initiativesAbility to travel 25%Preferred ExperienceMaster’s DegreeOperating room experiencePrior experience in Urology/Endourology fieldPharmaceutical or med device sales experienceAt BD, we prioritize on-site collaboration because we believe it fosters creativity, innovation, and effective problem-solving, which are essential in the fast-paced healthcare industry.
