Systems Engineer Sr - Integration & Test - Level 3

Description You will be the Systems Integration & Test Engineer Sr for the Architecture, Design, Integration & Test (ADIT) – F-35 Sensor Systems Integration & Test (SI&T) team which is responsible for mission system capability integration & maturation, verification testing and regression testing for all F-35 modernization efforts. What You Will Be Doing As the Systems Integration & Test Engineer Sr you will be responsible for technical test planning and execution of the F‑35 Sensor Suite, including Radar, Electronic Warfare (EW), Countermeasures (CM), Electro‑Optical (EO) sensors and Fusion. You will ensure the SI&T process follows prescribed engineering standards and continuously improves those processes. Responsibilities Generate test plans and detailed test procedure documentation. Coordinate test objectives and execute testing across agile development teams. Conduct system‑level testing in hardware‑in‑the‑loop, blended virtual/hardware, and virtual test venues. Review and enhance SI&T engineering processes for continuous improvement. Support occasional second‑shift and weekend work as required. Who You Are You are a seasoned systems engineer with deep technical expertise in sensor integration and test. Requirements MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN -This position is located at a facility that required special access. The selected candidate must be able to obtain a secret clearance. Employee will be required to support some 2nd shift and weekend work. This position is in Fort Worth, TX. Discover Fort Worth. Basic Qualifications Bachelor's degree in an engineering field or STEM discipline Experience in lab integration and test Experience with system integration and test of Sensor capabilities (RADAR, EW, EO, Fusion) Desired Skills Program clearances desired. Familiarity with Mission Systems Integration Labs or Virtual Test Labs (MSIL and VTL). Familiarity with Mission Systems architectures. Experience with software test design, software debug, lab integration, and test. Experience with Linux Operating Systems. Experience with Open System Architecture and Common Systems. Hardware-in-the-Loop (HITL) Simulation Experience. Systems Engineering Development and Integration experience. Systems Integration Lab development experience. Experienced working with multiple engineering teams. Demonstrated communication skills, written and oral with senior level management and internal/external customers. Technical Experience/Background Experience with developing system requirements, software requirements, or hardware requirements. Experience in Mission Systems capabilities within aircraft platform(s). Security Clearance Statement This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration. Clearance Level: Secret with Investigation or CV date within 5 years. Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full‑time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
