Patient Receptionist

:
Punctuality, strong interpersonal skills, clear communication, attention to detail, personal initiative and ownership to address questions and provide answers are requirements for Patient Receptionist position at a busy urology practice. Job also involves navigating medical computer systems (PM and EHR). Foreign language skills are helpful.
Job duties include but are not limited to:
- Greeting and receiving 75-100 patients daily.
- Arrive early to unlock clinic door in morning to receive patients and paperwork, verify and enter all patient info, and collect payments.
- Verify, scan, and patient ID and insurance info. Confirm and enter essential patient info: current contact, insurance, HIPAA, and pharmacy info. Schedule appointments.
- Prep next day's patient appointment paperwork.
- Reconcile and report daily collections.
- Lock and secure doors at end of day.
- Cover check-out as needed.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 37 - 40 per week
