Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales experience preferred


• Sense of urgency for goal achievement


• Thrives in a fast-paced environment


• Cooperative, collaborative decision-making


• Extroverted, warm, enthusiastic, empathetic


• Stimulating communicator with a consultative “selling” style


• Coachable with a strong desire to learn and follow processes


• Enjoys negotiating and cultivating a rapport with clients and team members


• Must be based within 30-miles of Louisville, KY


• Performs well under pressure


• Experience with in-home presentations preferred


• Experience working in salary + commission position


• Experience is the top sales agent at previous employment preferred

Compensation: $70,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
