Position Overview We are seeking a skilled and dependable Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) to provide clinical support and contribute to the efficiency of our practice. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a busy environment, values teamwork, and is committed to patient care. Key Responsibilities Provide chairside assistance during a variety of dental procedures Perform coronal polishing and apply sealants Take dental impressions and fabricate temporary crowns Capture and process dental X-rays Prepare and seat patients, ensuring comfort and readiness for treatment Sterilize instruments and maintain infection control standards Maintain operatory cleanliness and organization Assist with clinical workflow and support the dental team as needed Required Qualifications Active Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) license Current CPR certification Preferred Skills & Attributes Strong attention to detail and clinical proficiency Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication and teamwork skills Positive attitude and strong work ethic Commitment to providing outstanding patient care Work Environment 12 operatories with modern equipment, including 3 EFII systems Collaborative team including 3 doctors, 3 treatment coordinators, and 2 RDAs Fast-paced setting with a strong emphasis on teamwork and efficiency Additional Information We are a team that works hard to achieve our goals while supporting one another.
