Principal Attorney

As a Principal Attorney, Process Automation at Honeywell, you will serve as a senior legal advisor to the Process Automation business, managing a portfolio of complex commercial transactions across the oil and gas, chemicals, mining, pulp and paper, and power industries. You will negotiate and draft technology agreements and service agreements, while advising leadership on regulatory and policy compliance, and emerging technology risks.Reporting to the Assistant General Counsel, Process Automation, this role is based in Houston, TX, with a hybrid work schedule supporting the US East region.Honeywell helps organizations solve the world's most complex challenges in automation, the future of aviation and energy transition.
