About the Position Wilson Cribbs + Goren is seeking a seasoned litigation attorney with at least 5 years of experience to join our expanding litigation practice. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated attorney to take on sophisticated, high-stakes matters for a diverse client base that includes institutional clients, private companies, partnerships, and individuals. The role involves handling a broad range of disputes, including commercial landlord-tenant, buyer-seller, lender-borrower, developer, and partnership matters, as well as title and lien disputes, land use and water rights issues, mortgage foreclosures, creditor’s rights and bankruptcy matters, and appeals.
