NovaCare Rehabilitation is seeking an engaging and enthusiastic PRN Injury Prevention Specialist / Athletic Trainer (ATC) to join our team supporting a fast-paced airport hub at Detroit Metropolitan Wayne County Airport. Perform ergonomic assessments and provide recommendations for improvement Develop and deliver employee education and perform audits Conduct movement assessments and develop preventative exercise programs Engage with new hire employees on education, ergonomics, and injury prevention Deliver return-to-work program for employees returning from injury Provide early symptom intervention (ESI) care for employees Provide health and wellness coaching on a wide range of topics Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Athletic Training National Athletic Trainers Association (NATA-BOC) Board of Certification Applicable state license where required Minimum one year experience as an Athletic Trainer CPR certification Position requires a strong knowledge of musculoskeletal injury assessment and prevention interventions Preferred Qualifications Master's Degree in Athletic Training Industrial Health experience #J-18808-Ljbffr NovaCare Rehabilitation
