Qualifications:

• Active RN license (state compact licensure accepted)
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in the Operating Room setting preferred
• BLS certification required; ACLS preferred
• Proficiency in perioperative nursing practices, sterile technique, and surgical instrumentation
• Strong communication and teamwork skills

Responsibilities:

• Deliver outstanding perioperative patient care throughout all phases (pre-op, intra-op, post-op)
• Scrub and/or circulate according to surgical specialty demands and assignment
• Safeguard patient safety and privacy per healthcare regulations
• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesia, and support staff to coordinate case flow
• Uphold infection control and sterile field protocols in every procedure
