Sales Development Representative (Convex)

Job Summary Sales Development Representative (SDR) – You will be the first point of contact in our sales process, qualifying prospects through strategic conversations, scheduling product demos, and setting the foundation for Account Executives. Responsibilities Execute high-volume, multi-channel outreach (60+ daily calls, personalized emails, and social selling) to engage decision‑makers within target accounts. Conduct thorough discovery calls to qualify potential leads and schedule demos for Account Executives. Master our sales methodology and technology to manage daily activities and pipeline. Partner with Account Executives to develop and execute winning sales strategies and ensure a seamless handoff of qualified opportunities. Proactively seek coaching and feedback to continuously improve sales skills and grow your career. Qualifications 0‑4 years of professional experience in a corporate environment; recent graduates and career changers are welcomed. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills; ability to build rapport and communicate clearly and persuasively. Coachable mindset with a strong sense of urgency, results‑oriented attitude, and hunger for feedback. Proven time‑management and organizational skills; mastery of calendar and to‑do list. Technical aptitude and quick learning of new technologies; tech‑savvy and eager to master new sales tools. Dedicated training on Salesforce, Salesloft, Gong, and ChiliPiper. Personalized development through one‑on‑one call‑review coaching, role‑playing, and hands‑on learning with your Manager. Clear path for advancement into roles such as Account Executive, Sales Manager, or Customer Success based on interests. Hybrid schedule: if within ~40 miles of a Hub office, required to go 1‑2 days a week; otherwise remote.
