Solar & Roofing SDR — Fast-Track to Leadership

Overview We are building a high‑performance solar and roofing sales team in Western Canada. Our culture is meritocratic – your results determine your pay, path, and promotions. What We’re Hiring We currently need Appointment Setters, In‑Home Closers, and support talent in operations and field roles (Project Coordination, Permitting, Site Surveying, Installation, Electrical, Storage). All positions follow the same performance‑based structure. Roles and Responsibilities Setters (Level 1 – Entry) – Generate qualified appointments from outbound leads, meet volume targets, and maintain accurate CRM data. Closers or Setter Managers (Level 2) – Convert qualified opportunities into installed solar or roofing systems, or run a pod of high‑output Setters. Team Leads (Level 3) – Own a unified squad of Setters and Closers, run daily huddles, recruit elite reps, and drive squad revenue to target. Regional Directors (Level 4) – Operate an entire region as a business unit, managing revenue, installs, profit, and culture. Division Directors (Level 5) – Lead multiple regions, scaling the playbook across new territories and overseeing provincial operations. Head of Sales (Level 6) – Architect, scale, and steward the entire sales organization; responsible for company‑wide revenue and profit. Qualifications Results‑driven with a strong sales or numbers background. Coachable, urgent, and willing to outwork the math. Comfortable with high volume, fast pace, and public metrics. Desire to climb the structured 6‑level ladder based on performance. Ability to handle both independent and team‑oriented responsibilities. Compensation & Benefits Uncapped earning potential – top performers earn $200K+. Transparent 6‑level ladder with clear promotion criteria. Real‑time performance metrics: show rates, close rates, installed kW, cancel rates. Fast‑track promotion for sustained overperformance (130%+ target for 4 consecutive weeks). Daily huddles, weekly deep dives, and 1‑on‑1 coaching from senior leaders. Work in a fast‑moving, purpose‑driven environment that celebrates wins publicly.
