Area Director Opportunity Description
Our client is a well-established, multi-site Private Duty Home Care / Personal Home Care organization. They specialize in non-clinical companion and daily care for the Senior community. They are looking for an experienced Area Director to lead growth and operations over their Florida region. This position will oversee multiple offices, but candidates would ideally be based anywhere between Ocala, Tampa and Sarasota, FL. Travel will be required. This program is poised for growth and they are looking for a dynamic leader to take them to the next level. Private Duty / Personal Care experience is preferred but experience in similar healthcare settings will be considered.
Area Director Job Requirements
- Private Duty / Personal / Companion Home Care experience ideal. Home Health, ALF, LTC or other geriatric care backgrounds will be considered.
- Strong business development and financial acumen.
- Bachelor's Degree strongly preferred.
- Must have good tenure with a customer service centered philosophy.
Area Director Job Responsibilities
- Oversight of multiple branches and directly reporting managers.
- Maintain existing relationships and grow referral sources.
- Ensure compliance and high customer & care-giver satisfaction.
- Develop and manage Budgets, P&L, Bill Rates, and Expenses.
The compensation scale listed is a general salary range and is not intended to represent the actual annual or hourly compensation rate for this role. An offer will be made to the selected candidate at the conclusion of the interview process based on their relevant experience and the responsibilities of the position. Our client does offer a competitive compensation package potentially including incentives, health and dental insurance, PTO, retirement plans (401K) and opportunities for professional development.
