Part Time Marketing Assistant

Are you a creative, organized marketer who enjoys writing content, managing social media, and helping brands grow online? We're looking for a Marketing Coordinator to support our portfolio of automotive, retail, and hospitality brands through social media management, Google Business Profile optimization, and marketing coordination. What You'll Do Social Media Management Manage two assigned portfolio brands as the primary content creator and social media coordinator. Write engaging, brand-appropriate copy for daily and weekly social media posts. Create and maintain content calendars. Schedule and publish content across social platforms. Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and reviews. Google Business Profile Management Own Google Business Profile content for assigned brands. Keep business information accurate and up to date. Upload photos, post updates, and promote events and special offers. Monitor local search performance, including website clicks, calls, and direction requests. Support efforts to improve local search visibility. Marketing Coordination & Support Participate in campaign planning and brainstorming sessions. Assist with seasonal promotions, events, and marketing initiatives. Coordinate marketing asset rollouts and ensure campaigns are launch-ready. Provide administrative support to help the marketing team stay organized and meet deadlines across 12 portfolio brands. Qualifications 1–3 years of marketing, communications, social media, or related experience. Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills. Excellent organizational and time management abilities. Familiarity with social media platforms and content scheduling tools. Interest in local SEO and Google Business Profiles. Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
