Position Overview

The Accounting Manager will lead a team of accounting professionals and oversee day-to-day accounting operations. Reporting to the Sr. Director of Accounting, this role is responsible for the monthly close, financial reporting, general ledger activities, internal controls, and supporting external reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes.
• Prepare and review journal entries, financial statements, and supporting schedules.
• Oversee general ledger accounting and ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP.
• Identify and implement improvements to accounting processes and internal controls.
• Coordinate with external auditors and provide requested documentation.
• Support technical accounting research and external reporting activities.
• Assist with accounting system enhancements and implementations.
• Lead, develop, and mentor accounting staff.
• Support various accounting and analytical projects as needed.

Qualifications

• 4-6+ years of progressive accounting experience.
• Active CPA certification required.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance;
• Public accounting experience preferred. xhyhwjd
