About Madrivo
Madrivo is building a Direct-to-Consumer home improvement vertical designed to become a trusted consumer brand with independent asset value. The vertical is backed by Madrivo's in-house agency, exclusive media, marketing team, and technology partnerships.
The Role
The Vertical General Manager, Home Improvement, will own the vertical end to end: buyer sales, partnerships, monetization, and media strategy. You'll deliver strong ROAS for contractor partners, maximize publisher yield, and build a consumer experience homeowners trust. This is a hands-on builder role with the opportunity to grow a team.
What You'll Own
- Close, onboard, and grow the top buyers of home improvement leads, clicks, and calls.
- Build a diversified buyer mix across categories such as roofing, windows, bath, HVAC, and solar.
- Monetize the full consumer journey, including post-monetization for added margin.
- Make home improvement the top offer for Madrivo publishers, measured by eCPM.
- Lead omnichannel media buying strategy with Madrivo's in-house agency.
- Ensure lead flows meet TCPA and consent compliance standards.
- Own the vertical P&L and optimize using performance data.
- Recruit and lead a team as the vertical scales.
Success in the First 12 Months
- $5M in top-line revenue at a 20% gross margin
- An additional 5% margin from post-monetization
- The top offer for Madrivo publishers in the vertical, measured by eCPM
- A clear path to independent asset value for the vertical
Who You Are
- 5+ years of proven results in home improvement lead generation.
- Built a vertical from scratch for an aggregator and led all demand for a $25M+ annual revenue vertical.
- Strong relationships with the top buyers of home improvement leads, clicks, and calls.
- Led media buying that delivered positive yield and high buyer ROAS.
- A sophisticated sales executive and rainmaker: hungry, humble, and gets things done.
- Analytical and data-driven.
- Comfortable as a hands-on contributor and ready to build and lead a team.
Why This Role
You'll run the vertical as its GM, with real ownership and a head start most builders never get: agency, media, publishers, and technology already in place. You'll build a lasting consumer brand, not just a lead flow, and grow your own team along the way.
