The ideal candidate will have a background in project execution, crew management, and operational oversight within the painting or light construction industries. Responsibilities include overseeing multiple job sites, ensuring timely completion, quality standards, and client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Oversee and coordinate all aspects of field operations for commercial painting and light construction projects Schedule and manage crews across multiple job sites Track and order project materials, including long-lead items Conduct job site walk-throughs and quality control checks Support sales and estimating teams with pricing and proposals Monitor project progress, labor costs, and material usage Collaborate with HR on staffing, safety training, and compliance Maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication Qualifications Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English Minimum 3 years of experience in operations or field management Experience managing multiple crews and active job sites Familiarity with commercial painting or facilities-related services Ability to read blueprints or project drawings Proficiency in Microsoft Office and mobile technology Strong organizational and problem-solving skills Excellent communication skills Valid U.S. driver’s license and clean driving record Legally authorized to work in the U.S. Preferred Certifications OSHA and CPR certifications Benefits Competitive salary based on experience Health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with company match Paid time off and holidays #J-18808-Ljbffr Syntax Talent Solutions
