Accounting Manager

Overview We're excited to be partnering with a highly respected organization in the Atlanta market on their search for an Accounting Manager. They're open to candidates with solid industry experience or those transitioning directly from public accounting. Responsibilities Manage the monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes Prepare strategic financial analyses as required by Executive leadership Prepare monthly and quarterly reporting Participate in the annual budget process Prepare monthly reconciliations Support an internal committee by coordinating and preparing agendas, meeting materials, and creating minutes of meetings Participate in the year-end audit process Requirements Bachelor's degree in Accounting preferred 5+ years of experience CPA a plus but not required Process improvement experience Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco/Highspring depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to the individual's skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, office location and other geographic considerations, as well as other business and organizational needs.
