Branch Manager

Develop the management team to achieve Branch growth, productivity, and profitability goals Deliver legendary customer experiences Interview job applicants, select top candidates, and monitor staffing needs Plan, identify, communicate, and delegate key responsibilities to operations and service management teams Drive implementation of company programs and initiatives Motivate and support the management team in developing and implementing action plans Review district environments and key business indicators to identify problems, concerns, and improvement opportunities Coach operations and service management teams to achieve operational goals Support and audit operations, sales, and office leadership positions Requirements Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of experience, education, and training At least five to seven years in a Branch Manager or equivalent-level position Strong attention to detail Background in management, sales, training, relationship development, and/or excellent customer experience Experience analyzing financial reports in a complex, fast-paced environment Successful management background in the pest control industry is a plus Available to travel and participate in a rotating on-call schedule for off-hours and weekends Ability to obtain and maintain licenses/certificates required by federal, state, and local regulations Must pass pre-employment background screen Valid driver’s license and clean driving record Core Competencies Demonstrates strong leadership in developing management teams to achieve growth and profitability goals while delivering exceptional customer experiences.
