What You'll Do:

• Oversee and assist repair activities on oilfield trucks to maintain DOT compliance.
• Conduct truck inspections.
• Schedule and complete maintenance of records.
• Maintain and/or verify hours, transportation, finance, inventory and personnel records.
• Plan and establish work schedules and assignments.
• Allocate equipment to meet operations goals.
• Requisitions needed personnel, supplies, equipment, parts, and repair services.
• Review orders, production schedules, and shipping/receiving notices to determine work sequence and material shipping dates.
• Directly responsible for supervision of vehicle maintenance crew.
• Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws.
• Resolves employee issues in accordance with company policy.

What We're Looking For:

Required Education, Experience and/or Abilities

• A high school diploma with a knowledge of oilfield trucking in conjunction with DOT Regulations as well as five to ten (5-10) years of experience in trucking maintenance and/or on the job training; or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience may be considered.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports.
• Possession of a valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with a good Motor Vehicle Record (MVR).
• Acceptable results of DOT physical.

Preferred Education, Experience and/or Abilities

• Two (2) years of supervisory experience.

Additional Eligibility Qualifications

• English language fluency, verbal and written.
• Acceptable results of a pre-employment background check, credit check and drug/alcohol test.
