Job Description Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Fun Play ABA Therapy Services is seeking a compassionate, motivated, and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing team. We provide assent-based, compassionate ABA therapy that prioritizes each child's autonomy, dignity, and individual strengths. Our goal is to create meaningful, socially significant outcomes through ethical, evidence-based practices while fostering a collaborative and supportive environment for our clinicians. As a BCBA, you will oversee individualized treatment programs, provide clinical supervision to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), collaborate with families and interdisciplinary providers, and ensure high-quality services that align with the BACB Ethics Code and best practices in Applied Behavior Analysis. Responsibilities Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and skills assessments. Develop, implement, and update individualized behavior intervention and treatment plans. Supervise and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs). Provide caregiver training and collaborate with families to promote generalization of skills. Analyze client data and make treatment recommendations based on progress. Complete clinical documentation and reports in a timely manner. Ensure services are delivered in accordance with BACB ethical standards and payer requirements. Collaborate with multidisciplinary professionals when appropriate. Maintain productivity while delivering high-quality, compassionate care. Participate in team meetings, clinical training, and ongoing professional development. Qualifications Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification in good standing. Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field. Active state licensure (if required). Experience providing ABA services to children with autism spectrum disorder and developmental disabilities. Strong clinical assessment, treatment planning, and data analysis skills. Experience supervising RBTs and providing caregiver training. Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills. Ability to work collaboratively with families and clinical staff. Reliable transportation and ability to travel to client locations if required.
