Hiring Production Laborers

Join our company, a leader in mobile office solutions for the construction industry, and be part of a fast-growing team that restores and revamps job site trailers for their next mission.

Location: Henderson, CO

Shift & Pay: ($2 pay raise after 4 months!!)

• Mon-Fri, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM - $21/hr

As a Production Laborer, you’ll be hands-on with:

• Flooring, drywall, siding, caulking, and window installation
• General shop duties like tool organization and cleanup
• Full-day focus on specific tasks depending on trailer needs
• You’ll be restoring trailers to top condition so they’re ready to hit the road again!

What We’re Looking For:

• Willingness to do all aspects of the job (not just flooring or siding)
• Comfortable lifting 20–40 lbs regularly
• Entry-level welcome! We’ll train you if you’re coming from retail, warehouse, or manufacturing
• Bonus if you have construction, landscaping, or general labor experience!

Work Environment:

• Shop setting with 25 team members, split into smaller crews of 5
• Outdoor and Indoor work
• Culture of teamwork, hustle, and accountability

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Henderson, CO.

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $23.00/hr.

This is a fully onsite position in Henderson,CO.
