Aerie - Stock Associate

Job Description As a part‑time stock brand Ambassador, you are an expert at keeping product moving from the stockroom to the sales floor through shipment processing, replenishment, markdowns, and merchandising. You have a passion for AEO brand standards, an eye for merchandising, and a keen attention to detail. Although the stockroom is your place, you can flex your skills to support your team and guests on the sales floor as needed. Most importantly, you represent AEO values and bring your real self to work every day. Your Responsibilities You're a go‑getter at keeping products moved with effective and timely shipment processing, replenishment, markdowns, and merchandising. You own the stockroom, ensuring merchandise, visual props, marketing, and fixtures remain organized to keep the room running efficiently. When you spot a merchandising opportunity, you inform store leadership, plan a game, and take action to correct it. You help teammates with non‑stock tasks or guest assistance whenever needed. You prioritize safety standards in the stockroom and on the sales floor, following asset‑protection standards and all AEO policies and procedures. Pay & Benefits Information Actual starting pay is determined by experience and location. Eligible associates may receive paid sick leave and real rewards at AEO's discretion.
