Responsibilities Provide customer service and create a fun and memorable shopping experience. Process freight and unload trucks. Maintain merchandising, pricing, signage, and sales‑floor replenishment standards. Keep the stockroom organized. Create a safe shopping environment. Operate the checkout for in‑store and buy‑online‑pickup purchases. Share product knowledge and help customers find items that meet their needs. Qualifications Can‑do attitude and commitment to a collaborative, open‑minded, adaptable, honest, and respectful culture. Retail experience is a plus but not required. Excellent communication and time‑management skills. Ability to initiate a conversation with customers. Minimum age of 16 years. Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. Compensation Hourly pay range: $18.47–$18.97. Full‑time and part‑time associates are eligible to participate in the Company’s 401(k) retirement savings plan after three (3) months of service.
