Recruiting Manager for In-Home Senior Care

Senior Helpers is seeking a Recruiting Manager to lead the recruitment process from sourcing to interviews, onboarding, and ongoing support. You will collaborate with leadership to determine hiring needs, conduct candidate screenings, and manage ATS postings while representing the company at events. The role emphasizes autonomy, task variety, and a commitment to quality in a home-care environment.
