Overview The Director of Emergency Services provides leadership and operational oversight for the Emergency Department, driving quality initiatives, patient safety, and team performance. Requirements 7+ years healthcare experience with 3+ years in leadership BSN required (MSN, MHA, or MBA preferred) Experience in a for-profit hospital strongly preferred Proven ability to build and lead high-performing teams Preferred Experience collaborating with hospital providers and medical staff #J-18808-Ljbffr
