What You'll Do
Deliver Elevated Member Experiences
- Welcome members and guests with warmth, professionalism, and genuine hospitality, creating an immediate sense of belonging
- Recognize member preferences whenever possible and anticipate needs with thoughtful, personalized service
- Ensure every interaction reflects Tamarack's private club service standards
Bring Signature Events to Life
- Assist in the setup, execution, and breakdown of club events with precision and care
- Execute event details seamlessly by following Banquet Event Orders (BEOs) and leadership direction
- Monitor event flow and proactively respond to member needs throughout each experience
Maintain an Impeccable Club Environment
- Ensure all club spaces remain polished, organized, and member-ready at all times
- Perform light housekeeping and space resets to uphold luxury presentation standards
- Take ownership of details that elevate the overall member experience
Support Operational Excellence
- Work collaboratively with Club and Event Managers to ensure flawless execution
- Stay proactive and self-directed, identifying opportunities to improve service and support the team
- Adapt quickly to changing priorities while maintaining professionalism and composure

Qualifications
- 2+ years of hospitality or customer service experience (private club, resort, luxury hotel, restaurant, or event service preferred)
- Knowledge of food and beverage service standards preferred
- Professional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Comfortable lifting up to 40 pounds
- Professional appearance and polished presence
- Proficiency with Microsoft Windows applications preferred
