Location: Mesa, Arizona or Salt Lake City, Utah Position Responsibilities: Responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing candidates. Facilitate the full-cycle recruitment process independently, including negotiating employment terms when necessary and executing onboarding procedures. Make hiring and placement decisions based on candidates' skill sets, work experience, and suitability for the open position. Conduct post-placement performance evaluations, handle terminations when applicable, and complete all related administrative documentation. Evaluate and assess candidates based on the success profile(s) for specific job requirements. Meet regularly with the internal team to review progress toward weekly production goals and overall performance. Categorize and classify candidates based on skills, goals, and interests. Cultivate and maintain ongoing relationships with candidates, serving as a resource for employment opportunities. Position Qualifications & Skills: A valid driver's license is required upon hire and as a condition of continued employment. Previous industrial construction staffing experience preferred. Strong desire to succeed in a competitive environment. Motivation to achieve predetermined goals and expectations. Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with both internal team members and external candidates. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with social media platforms. Excellent time management, organizational, multitasking, and communication skills (both verbal and written). Education: High school diploma required.
