Shift would be 9 hours with start time between 6am-9am. Start time can be discussed.There is on-call for our Dobson manufacturing site. The on-call is a 1 week rotation. New hire would join the rotation ideally around 3 months of employmentTraining will be onsite at Dobson location.What makes you successful:Your ability to prioritize and manage multiple competing tasks allows you to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.You have experience supporting technology in warehouse and distribution environments, with a strong understanding of shipping and receiving operations and the equipment used to facilitate inventory movement, order fulfillment, and logistics processes.You possess advanced knowledge of Windows operating systems, endpoint management, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Intune, SCCM, networking, and enterprise applications.You excel at diagnosing and resolving complex technical issues, identifying root causes, and implementing long-term solutions.You communicate technical information clearly and professionally to both technical and non-technical audiences.You are confident and professional when enforcing IT policies, security requirements, and support procedures, ensuring employees understand and follow established processes while maintaining a positive customer experience.You are knowledgeable and have experience around warehouse environments and tools and equipment.What you’ll get:A front row seat to life changing CGM technology.
