We are seeking a dedicated, professional, and forward-thinking full-time Early Preschool Teacher to join our faculty. The ideal candidate possesses a deep commitment to early childhood education and exhibits a positive, solutions-oriented approach to student development. This role requires the systematic implementation of our designated curriculum while rigorously maintaining a safe, compliant, and highly enriching classroom environment.

You will be working with 2 and 3 year olds during one of the most exciting stages of early childhood development—helping them build confidence, independence, social skills, creativity, and a lifelong love of learning.

Enjoy a consistent weekday schedule with no nights or weekends, plus time off for most major and non-major holidays.

Our engaging in-service days give teachers dedicated time to reset, organize, and refresh their classrooms—so they can start each season feeling prepared, inspired, and ready to shine!

Staff meetings are catered once a month to provide our team with time to connect, collaborate, and enjoy a meal together. These meetings are meaningful, energizing opportunities to celebrate classroom successes, share ideas, and strengthen our supportive school community.

At Primrose School of Oaks, you’ll find:

• Exclusive and time-tested Balanced Learning curriculum, delivered in a digital platform for easier delivery and mastery

• Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance teaching skills and knowledge
