Want to get paid to work in fitness? No certification or experience needed. We'll train you, certify you, and pay you while you learn. We're looking for 1 to 2 people at Workout Anytime Asheboro who are into fitness and good with people. You'll learn our RAMP coaching system, a structured, science-based program that gives members personalized workout plans, and get paid to do it. This is a real career path, not a side gig.

Help members with goal reviews, body composition scans, and strength assessments. Teach members how to follow their custom workout program. Monitor progress, answer questions, and adjust plans as needed. Build genuine relationships with members over months and years. Cover the front desk as needed: check-ins, tours, keeping the gym running. No cold calling. No sales quota. You're paid on the sessions you deliver, not on what you sell.

$10/hour base, plus $14 to $18 for every half-hour training session you deliver. Effective pay runs from $10 an hour with no sessions up to $24 an hour with a full book. Where you land depends on how many members you're training. We pay for your personal training certification, and you keep it. Paid training on our RAMP system, Styku body scanning, and ongoing education. Free gym membership and employee discounts. A team environment. No competing for leads, just helping members succeed.

Base rate: $10/hour for all floor time. Paid training sessions: your 40% comes to $14, $16, or $18 per half-hour session depending on the tier. That's what you take home, not the session price. RAMP orientations and unpaid appointments: $12/hour. The more sessions you run, the higher your effective rate. Trainers who build a full book earn toward the top of the range.

You work out regularly and enjoy helping others. You're coachable and willing to learn a structured system and follow it. You're reliable and show up on time. Former athletes, military spouses, fitness enthusiasts, and exercise science students are all welcome. You do NOT need a personal training certification. We'll pay for it. You do NOT need a college degree. You do NOT need prior gym experience.

Part-time or full-time, 10 to 40 hours a week. Consistent shifts and schedule.

We're a 24/7 gym at 1414 E Dixie Dr, Asheboro, NC 27203. Small team, locally owned, not a corporate machine. You'll work directly with the owner, learn the business, and have room to grow.

A person reviews your application within one business day, and your first interview is scheduled within two business days. Compensation: $10.00 - $24.00 per hour.
