Onboarding Specialist
We're looking for a detail-oriented and organized Onboarding Specialist to join our team! In this role, you'll help create a seamless experience for new hires by coordinating the onboarding process from offer acceptance through their first day.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate new hire onboarding and orientation
Process employment paperwork and maintain accurate records
Communicate with new hires and hiring managers
Ensure all pre-employment requirements are completed
Provide exceptional customer service throughout the onboarding process
Qualifications:
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Strong attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Previous HR, recruiting, or administrative experience preferred
