Human Resources Business Partner, Lead Associate

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field 5+ years of experience as an HR Business Partner, generalist, or related HR function Solid understanding of HR practices including performance management, employee relations, and employment law basics Ability to give, receive, and implement constructive feedback Positive, adaptable mindset when priorities shift or processes evolve Comfort working effectively in ambiguous circumstances Strong interpersonal and communication skills that aid in building trust quickly Confidence to interact with business leaders at all levels Ability to obtain a Top Secret clearance Must be a US citizen Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting a government contracting workforce Familiarity with HR platforms like Workday and iCIMS HR Certification (HRCI or SHRM) The National Aerospace and Cyber & Intelligence Sector HR Team has an opportunity for a mid-career Human Resources Business Partner who delivers beyond transactional by being a strategic partner.
