Technical Recruiter
Integrated Talent Strategies (ITS)
ITS is seeking experienced Technical Recruiters to join our team at our corporate headquarters just outside of Toledo, Ohio. This position offers a base salary plus commission, performance bonuses and a flexible work environment. The candidate will have experience in recruiting and proven track record at either an agency or corporate level. Responsibilities Work directly with client hiring needs. Source qualified candidates using your own strategies and the implemented technology. Conduct screenings and interviews with candidates. 3+ years of recruiting experience. Ability to understand the needs relationship between client and candidate. Strong time management skills a must. ITS is an international recruiting and staffing firm specializing in Engineering, Technical, Skilled Trades and Professional positions.
