Qualifications:
- LCSW, LMSW, BCLS
- Required certification: Social Worker
- 1+ years of experience
- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 1 year of experience required 2. Cases: Outpatient behavioral health; individual, couples, parent-child, and family therapy sessions; potential IOP group sessions; psychiatric disorders; DSM-5-TR billable codes 3. Certifications: Must have one of the following: LCSW, LCPC, or LMFT; must be in hand at time of submission 4. License: IL clinical license required and must be in hand; NPI number required; must be enrolled with Medicare and Medicaid 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic experience required 7. Shifts/Call: Monday-Friday, 8a-pm; no call, no weekends, no holidays 8. RTO: Two pre-approved time off days noted 9. Returning Staff: Not specified 10. Travel/Local: Not specified 11. Background: Not specified 12. Modules: Orientation is 8 hours 13. Travel Experience: Not required; accepts first-time travelers 14. Scrubs: Not mentioned 15. Flu Vaccine Requirements: Unknown 16.
