Receptionist

Our client, a dynamic organization in the Charleston, SC area, is seeking a Receptionist to join their team. As a Receptionist, you will be an essential part of the administrative support team, ensuring smooth daily operations and creating a welcoming environment for visitors and staff alike. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent communication skills, professionalism, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: Receptionist

Location: Charleston, SC

Pay Range: $19.00

Shift: 8am-5pm

What's the Job?

• Greet and direct visitors in a courteous and professional manner

• Provide information and answer inquiries via telephone or console switchboard

• Receive and send packages through courier services

• Maintain visitor logs, call records, and issue security passes or badges

• Manage the schedule and equipment for conference rooms and assist with clerical tasks such as typing, filing, photocopying, and mailing

What's Needed?

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• 0-2 years of relevant experience preferred

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Ability to multitask and provide excellent customer service

• Proficiency with computer applications such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
