Denial RN DRG Appeal Writer / HIM Coding

You will collaborate with providers, coders, and revenue cycle teams to ensure accurate DRG validation, reduce denials, and optimize reimbursement while maintaining strict regulatory and payer compliance. Using evidence‑based guidelines, you will draft persuasive appeal letters, track outcomes, and identify denial trends to support education, quality improvement, and financial performance in a collaborative, patient‑focused environment.
