All-Star Transportation is seeking a dependable and motivated individual to support our Shop Manager in the daily operations of our school bus service facility in Seymour, CT. This is an excellent opportunity to join a family-operated company that values teamwork and a supportive work environment.
Key Responsibilities
Assist the Shop Manager with day-to-day shop operations
Write and prepare detailed vehicle work orders for technicians
Coordinate and supply parts needed for vehicle maintenance and repairs
Communicate effectively with technicians and management
Help ensure efficient workflow within the maintenance facility
Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED required
Must be 18 years of age or older
Minimum of 2 years experience working with car, truck, or bus parts
Mechanical knowledge strongly preferred
Strong communication and computer skills required
Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
