About the Role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Housekeeping Technician to join our Housekeeping team. As a Housekeeping Technician, you will be responsible for performing a variety of cleaning and maintenance tasks, including:

• Cleaning patient rooms, bathrooms, and common areas

• Restocking linens and supplies

• Maintaining cleanliness and organization of storage areas

• Assisting with laundry duties

• Responding to special requests and needs of patients and staff

Responsibilities:

• Clean and sanitize patient care areas, including equipment and supplies

• Restock patient care supplies and linens as needed

• Assist with moving patients' belongings and supplies as needed

• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including locker rooms and break areas

• Report any maintenance or repair needs to the facilities team

• Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient and effective cleaning and maintenance procedures

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Previous experience in a healthcare setting preferred

• Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds

• Ability to stand for long periods and walk up and down stairs as needed

• Effective communication and teamwork skills
