Arizona Licensed Mental Health Therapist

To support the expansion into Arizona, the part-time Arizona Licensed Mental Health Therapist will manage a caseload of 15-22 telehealth sessions per week, providing individual and family therapy while collaborating with an interdisciplinary team. Key responsibilities Conduct assessments and develop client-centered, trauma-informed treatment plans Collaborate with therapists, PMHNPs, and psychiatrists to provide comprehensive care Maintain timely documentation in the electronic health record (EHR) Required qualifications Active Arizona license as an LPC, LMFT, or LCSW Experience with children, teens, and families, or a strong interest in this population Ability to work independently in a remote setting Bilingual in English and Spanish is strongly preferred Commitment to trauma-informed and culturally responsive practices
