To support a growing practice, the full-time or part-time Illinois Licensed Mental Health Therapist will conduct intakes, develop trauma-informed treatment plans, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team while working remotely. Key responsibilities Conduct intakes and create client-centered, trauma-informed treatment plans Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, including therapists, PMHNPs, and psychiatrists Maintain timely documentation in the electronic health record (EHR) Required qualifications Active Illinois license: LCPC, LMFT, or LCSW Experience working with children, teens, and families Ability to work independently in a remote setting Commitment to trauma-informed and culturally responsive practices
