Qualifications:

• Hold a current ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
• Possess or be eligible for Alabama Educator SLP Certification (may begin with pending cert)
• School-based experience preferred, but strong clinical backgrounds considered
• Comfort working across elementary through high school populations
• Strong evaluation, therapy planning, and documentation skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver speech and language therapy to students in assigned schools
• Conduct comprehensive evaluations to inform IEPs and support student success
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including teachers, parents, and administrators
• Maintain timely and accurate records and participate in meetings as required
• Rotate between assigned campuses, managing schedules efficiently with a total caseload not exceeding 60
