The Account Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role based in Carrollton, TX. The role involves managing and supporting client accounts, assisting with customer inquiries, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Key responsibilities include coordinating with internal teams to meet client needs, providing outstanding customer service, and streamlining processes to enhance operational efficiency.

• Strong Interpersonal and Communication skills to build relationships and collaborate effectively with clients and team members.
• Proven Account Management and Customer Service experience, with a focus on delivering client-centered solutions.
• Analytical Skills to interpret data and manage client accounts with accuracy and efficiency.
• Attention to detail and organizational abilities for maintaining accurate records and managing multiple tasks.
• Proficiency with computer systems and experience with relevant CRM tools is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus.
