Thinking Minds' client is looking for an experienced SAP Sales and Distribution Analyst to manage process design, configuration, and requirement gathering for SAP Retail Merchandising SD and Vistex . This role is crucial for integrating touchpoints with other processes and systems, ensuring business requirements are met through effective system design and configuration.

Ideal Candidate Should Have

• SAP SD expertise

• Vistex Chargeback and Purchase Rebate knowledge

• Experience with cross-module/functional integration

• At least 2 full SAP implementation cycles

• Understanding of Order to Cash scenarios

Role Overview

The role involves managing the design and configuration of SAP IS-Retail Sales and Distribution and Vistex processes. The analyst will work closely with business stakeholders, development teams, and third parties to ensure effective integration and functionality. The position requires staying updated on industry trends and future SAP developments, providing third-level production support, and identifying root causes of issues.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a subject matter expert for SAP IS-Retail SD and Vistex

• Provide process expertise in SD, Vistex Chargeback, Billback, and Purchase Rebate

• Lead design activities from requirement analysis to implementation

• Create documentation for planning, design, and support stages

• Liaison with vendor partners for best-class solutions

• Collaborate with development resources for functional specifications

• Provide third-level production support
