Franchise Business Consultant The FBC is the primary contact between the franchisor and the franchisee, providing management, operational, and financial support through a consultative relationship built on trust. The FBC coaches franchisees, monitors and measures franchise goals and KPIs, and ensures strong support from the Franchise Support Center. Responsibilities Act as a business consultant and coach, building trust with franchise partners to influence growth and profitability. Establish a regular cadence of virtual and onsite touch points to understand business operations and provide insights and assistance. Develop a deep understanding of Authority Brand tools, platforms, and support systems to maximize performance. Be the go‑to advisor for crisis moments and celebrations. Prioritize requests from FSC functions to connect with franchisees. Advise franchise partners on maintaining compliance with the Franchise Agreement. Conduct market meetings, bringing franchisees together for collective improvement. Guide franchisees in developing culture that extends company values. Deliver franchisee territory ‘health’ diagnostics. Perform monthly P&L reviews, including year‑over‑year revenue. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree (B.A) or equivalent experience required. 5+ years as a consultant, advisor, coach, or in running a services‑based business or franchise. Skilled in operational efficiencies, best practices, KPIs, and data analysis. Comfortable interpreting P&L statements and understanding initiative impact on top and bottom lines. Experience partnering cross‑functionally to ensure customers get what they need when they need it. Strong computer skills and familiarity with all Microsoft Office programs. Clear verbal and written communication skills. Ability to travel up to 75% to franchisee locations within assigned territory.
