Senior Manager, Entegra Distributor Led Business

About the job Take the lead in managing Entegra’s relationships with Prime distribution partners, serving as the key connection between internal teams and distributors. You’ll coordinate sales planning, train distributor teams on programs, and connect resources to resolve inquiries from customers, distributors, and stakeholders. By navigating distributor relationships and generating lead referrals, you’ll drive new business growth and strengthen strategic partnerships. The role of an individual contributor within the organization focuses on completing specific tasks and projects; contributing directly through their skills and expertise. Performs specialized technical tasks to support operations. Work is primarily achieved independently, however may collaborate with a team. Pay Range: $110075 per year - $142450 per year Incentive Eligibility: Eligible to participate in Sodexo's incentive plan and earn variable compensation in addition to base salary What’s in it for you Build and maintain high-value relationships that directly impact sales growth and client success. Contribute to strategic initiatives that expand Entegra’s market presence and partnerships. Grow expertise in GPO operations, distributor processes, and advanced sales methodologies. What you’ll bring Deep knowledge of the GPO landscape and broadline distributor processes. Communication and presentation skills for delivering training and engaging diverse stakeholders. Analytical and technical proficiency, including Microsoft Office, Smartsheet, and Power BI experience. Sales acumen with familiarity in consultative approaches like Same Side Selling or SPIN Selling. Problem-solving mindset for managing competing distributor relationships and complex inquiries.
