Executive Assistant I

The Executive Assistant I provides direct administrative support to the President, as well as, advises, assists, and represents the President on a wide range of issues and performs follow-up on his/her behalf. The Executive Assistant I is also responsible for coordinating all Board of Trustees and board committee functions with the President, as well as, provides assistance and coordinates activities for the President, and acts as a liaison to Board members.

Require a Associate degree

Require a minimum of four (4) years experience as an Executive Assistant at an executive level in a similar sized organization.

Prefer executive presence and comfort with all levels of senior management.

Prefer discretionary judgment and knowledge of hospital departments and programs, and the ability to manage sensitive and privileged information.

Prefer exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

Prefer strong computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and internet research skills, as well as, strategic calendar scheduling.

Prefer ability to produce top quality outcomes and deliverables in a high volume/fast paced environment.

Prefer the ability to prioritize multiple demands and respond in a timely manner.

Prefer the ability to be self-motivated, work independently and shift priorities with flexibility.
