Job Details:

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM-5:30 PM
Rotating Saturdays: 8:00 AM-12:00 PM (approximately once every 3-4 weeks)
Pay Rate: $22.00 per hour

Location: Northeast Philadelphia

Job Description:

• Answer incoming calls from customers and sales representatives
• Provide professional and responsive customer service
• Process, maintain, and file shipping documentation
• Enter and update information within company databases and systems
• Utilize Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
• Create shipping labels and related paperwork
• Maintain accurate filing systems and records
• Order office and operational supplies as needed
• Assist with general office administrative functions
• Support daily shipping department operations
• Coordinate information between customers, sales representatives, and warehouse personnel
• Ensure documentation is accurate and up to date

Job Requirements:

• Previous experience in customer service, shipping, logistics, warehouse administration, or office support preferred
• Strong computer skills, including:
  • Microsoft Excel
  • Microsoft Word
  • Database systems
  • Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
• Excellent communication and phone skills
• Strong customer service orientation
• Accurate data entry and recordkeeping abilities
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
• Dependable, professional, and team-oriented attitude
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
